Our Wedding

In August of 2017, we met through a dating website and began our love journey. Knowing that we both loved music, dancing, and gaming, our feelings of love ignited within us right away. We communicated for quite a while before meeting in person because Geoffrey attended Clemson University in South Carolina. I was attending Nassau Community College at the time, which is located in Long Island, New York. We therefore understood that if we wanted our relationship to last, we would have to be apart for a considerable amount of time. However, instead of letting distance dictate who we love, we chose to become more emotionally connected. Geoffrey asked me on our first date shortly after he returned to New York.&nbsp;Every day, at all hours of the day, we called, texted, and facetimed one another. Every night, we would spend hours talking on the phone. Both of us desired to pursue our relationship further since we felt there was something there. Our first date was on October 16, 2017.&nbsp;We saw Happy Death Day at the theater before going to City Cellar for dinner. Neither of us wanted the first date to end. I suggested that we wander around the Target across the street. We were having a terrific time being together. We had two more dates after this one.&nbsp;Geoffrey and I decided to make things official on November 11, 2017. Marking the start of our&nbsp;love story. In celebration of our sixth anniversary, Geoffrey proposed to me on November 11, 2023. He treated me to a movie, dinner, and a&nbsp;iPhone photo shoot on top of the mall parking lot. All in an effort to recreate one of our first dates. Marcus and Diana, two of our closest friends, came to capture the special moment.&nbsp; This beautiful moment took me completely by surprise. Geoffrey had planned everything discreetly and privately, and thought of the engagement concept. I'd always wanted an intimate, private proposal, and this exceeded my expectations. We were both thrilled, and the pictures speak for themselves.
