When is the RSVP due?
December 14th, 2024.
To RSVP, please click on the RSVP tab on the website. Please RSVP before 12/14/24. All RSVP’s received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors following this deadline. Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. Please do not add names in your comment section as they will not be added to the final headcount, and a place will not be available for them. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
Children welcome?
The wedding will be adults only. Due to the area we are in we do not want children to get lost and/or injured on the grounds. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!
What to wear?
Semi-formal attire for the ceremony and reception is encouraged. The entire event will take place outside on grass, so please keep this in mind when dressing for the occasion as February in Arizona can be chilly (heels sinking into grass and outerwear for the weather). Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones.
Parking?
There is a parking lot on the property for guests. Uber and Lyft are recommended as well if you plan on participating in the open bar. Address for the parking lot is 22601 E Cloud Rd Queen Creek AZ, 85142
What about drinks?
We will be enjoying an open bar with beer, wine, and hard seltzer. Our contract includes no liquor on the grounds, and we ask that you refrain from bringing in flasks or going to your car for a sneaky drink. Feel free to pre-game before the wedding, but we will be fined, and you will be asked to leave if you bring liquor on the grounds in any capacity. This also includes smoking in any form as the property is smoke-free (vapes and e-cigarettes included). Thanks for understanding.
