Yes! The venue is only 12 minutes from the closest town (Junction City) and 30 minutes from the heart of Eugene!

Yes! We will be going by a ticketing system. You will get 2 free mixed (hard alcohol) drinks as well as an opportunity to buy more if you would like. This rule does not include the Wine/Champagne that will be supplied, only hard alcohol! We ask that you bring cash if you intend to have more than the 2 mixed drinks!!

Yes! This is a black Tie event so please dress to impress! We of course, do request NO WHITE! As this is the color for the Bride and Groom. We would love if you joined us in wearing one of our wedding colors! Burgundy, Blush or Black!

The Venue is the Inn at Diamond Woods in Monroe, off of Territorial Road. The left turn into the Golf Course is a bit abrupt so please take your time and be safe coming to the Inn as the area has a high deer population. It will be a left turn into the golf course. When you turn left into the course, you will be met with the option of continuing straight and taking the road up, or take a right and go down to the Golf Course. CONTINUE STRAIGHT!! We will have signage for direction but it can get confusing! Keep following that same road all the way to the Inn. Do not take any turn off, that road will take you all the way to where you need to go! Please do not arrive prior to 4:00pm as the road to the Inn will be blocked off for photos!

There is a decent size gravel parking lot out in the front of the Inn that can fit about 75-100 cars. We highly encourage Car Pooling or getting an Uber/Lyft as there is limited parking space and there will be drinking! Please do NOT drink and drive home on the night of this event!

The wedding is entirely outdoors so please wear shoes you will be comfortable walking on gravel and grass in! Please also bring something to cover up with as the night may become more chilly!

Phones are absolutely prohibited at the ceremony. Before Jordan and Alaina walk down the isle as newly weds, they will give a ‘Phone Photo Minute’ where everyone can take out their phones and take photos if they’d like! Please NO phones prior to the photo minute! They have scouted a talented photographer and will be happy to share the photos with you when they are available!

Yes but we do ask that you keep a very close eye on your littles as there are two bodies of water on the Golf Course!!

The only reserved seating we will have is the first two rows on either side of the isle for direct family of the Bride and Groom. From the Third row on, is free seating! Dinner also will not have assigned seating for the tables!

We will have a buffet style dinner catered for this event. We only ask that please do not go back for seconds before everyone has been served!

Please, do not RSVP for anyone other than yourself and the people we have reserved seats for. In your Invitation, there are a specified amount of seats reserved for you. Please do NOT add/invite anyone that we have not reserved a seat for, they will be asked to leave.
