We will have two shuttles running from the Hilton Garden Inn in Beaver, PA to transport guests to and from the venue. 2:45 pm - First round of shuttles leaves from the Hilton Garden Inn to head to the venue for the ceremony! The shuttles will arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel at 2:30 pm and will leave at 2:45 pm. One shuttle will return to the Hilton Garden Inn to pick up anybody that missed the first shuttles - please keep in mind that the ceremony begins at 3:30 pm! 10:00 pm - Both shuttles arrive at the venue to transport guests back to the Hilton Garden Inn hotel after the reception ends. (If there are more than 54 riders, one of the shuttles will return to the venue to pick up any remaining guests.)
