PARKING & HOTEL SHUTTLE
We are getting a shuttle from hotel to venue and a shuttle coming back after the nights over. Please let us know if you will be taking a shuttle. We will need a head count.
Please don’t drink n drive and be stupid.
2pm Shuttle pick up at Holiday Inn in Waite park and takes you to wedding venue

10:30pm shuttle pick up
12:00am shuttle pick up


Where can I park? 
There’s free parking at the venue and you’re welcome to leave your car parked overnight.
 


LOCATION & TIMELINE Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors? 
The ceremony is outdoors with reception outside under a tent and then dancing inside the barn.


What should I wear? It’s usually between 75-82 degrees this time of year. Guys Put on your best dress shirt, best pair of jeans and boots or dress shoes. Ladies get your favorite sundress , shorts and a nice shirt and sandals out. Whatever makes you comfortable . We recommend leaving the heels at home since we’ll spend most of the day outside in the grass.


What’s happening before and after the ceremony? There will be a happy hour when you arrive before the ceremony. Doors open at 3pm with a social hour and ceremony at 4pm not 4:05pm 4 sharp. Please don't be late or drive up while ceremony is goin on. I will slam your Ass!! After the ceremony, enjoy more drinks while the wedding party takes photos. Don’t worry it won’t take long for pics. We want to get to celebrating with you all. The reception will include dinner, open bar, and dancing!


What’s for dinner? Big AL & ODB’S Meat & Greet Foodtruck 
Smoked Brisket / Smoked Pork / Smoked Chicken
Beans / Slaw / Mac n Cheese


Will there be an open bar? Yes! There will be craft beer from Hayes' Public House (Buffalo, MN) And ODB brewed her own beer!! A keg of 1919 RootBeer and Fun Mocktails for the non drinkers!!! Red & White Wine and a signature cocktail. And we have a coffee truck showing up during dinner!!!

We ask that you turn your phones off during the ceremony to enjoy the moment with us! After ceremony take as many pics as you want And please be respectful when posting pictures of other guests. We’ll have a professional photographer who is happy to take picture requests!
