It all started at church — where faith meets music and where, apparently, love stories begin too!

Merling was leading the service, and Alan was the musician setting the vibe. Between the songs, smiles, and a few friendly jokes, something special started to grow.

Fast forward through countless laughs, jam sessions, and a whole lot of inside jokes — their friendship turned into something real.

Then came October 14, 2023. Merling thought she was walking into a regular party to celebrate their relationship… but Alan had other plans.

Right in the middle of the celebration, he got down on one knee and popped the big question — and (of course!) she said yes!

Now they’re ready for their next big adventure — marriage!
