What is the dress code?
The dress code for the wedding is formal attire. The bride and groom encourage jewel tone and cool colors, such gold, bronze, and shades of dark green, blue, orange, and purple.
The bride and groom kindly ask that you refrain from wearing any garments that are white, cream, eggshell, champagne, ivory, or other off-white shades out of respect for the bride. Please also refrain from wearing any shades of dusty rose, burgundy, or mauve, as those colors are reserved for the bridal parties.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, additional guests will not be able to attend the wedding. You will be made aware by the bride or groom if you have a plus one included in your party.
Can I bring my children?
The bride and groom kindly insist that all guests be aged ten years or older for the wedding ceremony and the following reception. An exception will be made for children of the bridal parties. Please make childcare arrangements for this celebration if needed.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
The ceremony is taking place at a historic Baptist church, which is very beautiful but also very small. Due to this, the bride and groom have decided to have an unplugged ceremony to allow the photographer to capture this special moment. You are welcome to take pictures before the ceremony and after, as well as at the reception. Please be respectful to the photographer and withhold from taking pictures during the ceremony.
Where are we registered?
The bride and groom are incredibly grateful to have already started building a life together and are not in need of traditional wedding gifts. Instead, they would greatly appreciate your contributions towards their future adventure in Canada for their honeymoon. You can contribute to the honeymoon through the cash fund on the Registry page or through cash or check at the wedding reception.
