To RSVP, select the RSVP tab on our website. Type in your name and all invited guests in your party will appear for you to “accept or decline”. We kindly ask that you RSVP by June 1st, 2025. Following this date, all responses will be marked as declined if unanswered.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend to arrive around 4pm to allow time for parking and finding your seats comfortably.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Carlos Creek Winery. Our ceremony will be outdoors in the natural cathedral. Our reception will be inside The Grand Hall.

Yes! A shuttle service will be available to transport guests to and from the wedding. Pick-Up Locations & Times: Fairfield Inn & Suites Alexandria – 3:10 PM, Holiday Inn Alexandria – 3:15 PM (Please note: These are the only two pick-up locations.) Drop-Off Times & Locations: 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM, 11:30 PM Drop-Off Locations: Fairfield Inn & Suites Alexandria, Holiday Inn Alexandria, Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center. We encourage guests to take advantage of the shuttle for a safe and convenient ride! 🎉

We are having an "unplugged ceremony." We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony to ensure the best experience for everyone. Professional photographers and videographers will be capturing all the special moments, and we encourage you to enjoy the ceremony fully without distractions. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like! Thank you for understanding!

We'd love our family and friends to join us in dressing up for the occasion! Cocktail (formal & semi-formal) attire is encouraged- wear whatever makes you feel confident and comfortable!
