Wedding Party
Get to know a little about our wedding party! These are our people <3
Bridal Party
Angela Jaime - Maid of Honor
We all seek to find someone to be our “person”, but I have been lucky enough to call Alana my person for 20 plus years. From elementary school to moving in together starting our new chapters as adults, we have been through it all. She is the kind of friend that may not always be there with you, but she will always be there for you. I can’t think of a more deserving person to find true love than Alana. I feel so honored to continue on this journey with her into this new chapter with Mikie.
Whitney Clark - Bridesmaid
Hi there, my name is Whitney, better know as BB, Alana’s blonde b*tch! A nickname we came up for each other while doing side work at Montage, which is where our story began! This is also where we met Mikie. He didn’t really have much hair then either, so he wasn’t part of our BB club😉
As you get older you get to be selective in the friends that you choose to hold near and dear, it’s all about quality over quantity, and that is exactly what Alana is to me. I cherish our bond. She is the friend that always brings a smile to my face, where laughter is always a constant.
I am so lucky that we found each other and our friendship continues to grow. An honor to stand by her side as she begins life’s newest adventures as a wife!
Laura Miller - Bridesmaid
Behnaz Babaknia - Bridesmaid
I grew up in Orange County, CA and work as an urgent care physician assistant. Alana and I met on the first day of 5th grade. I remember she was dressed in a cute dress and large bow in her hair. We became best friends and have been inseparable ever since. One of my favorite memories is laughing until we cried at my 21st birthday party. We also had the best time being roommates for a year in Los Angeles. Alana has always felt like a sister to me and I can’t wait to see her get married!
Groom's Party
Bret Fields - Bestman
My name is Bret Fields and I’m moved to Park City Utah Nov 2001 right before the 2002 Winter Olympics. It was not an easy transition leaving the only thing I ever knew. But meeting people like Mikie at Park City High School solidified It was where I was meant to be at that time. We shared almost everything in common from snowboarding to having the coolest Tahoes with the loudest bumping sound systems in school and most importantly, he was the only person I knew that worked as hard as me or harder while attending high school. He has always been closer to me as a brother than my own blood brothers have ever been. Mikie has been there for me in good times and in bad. Even though I misspelt his name until Alana corrected me recently lol. I will stand by his side, no matter what, because of it all forever I love you brother!
Rock Christeson - Groomsmen
What’s up everybody! It’s Rock or Rockdogg according to Mikers! It’s all started as kids watching wwf pay per view, sleep overs and stealing golf balls off the course at night! From Panda Express double orders, crushing main in the Tahoe to spring break in Daytona - we have always had each others back! Mikie is truly one of the most loyal and best friends I have ever had and I am truly grateful to call him my brother!
Miguel "Migs" Flores - Groomsman
Sometimes, someone shows up in your life and quickly becomes family. That is what happened when I met Mike, AKA Mikie, AKA WESTSIDE, AKA Mr. Get Over here! Over a decade ago—wow, it’s been a long time. There have been many laughs and amazing times, too many to share here, but I do know one thing, those things will continue. If you know this guy, you know how big his heart is. Have just as many laughs, great memories, and lots of love for him too. A great man through and through! Congratulations, brother. Love you!
Oliver "Ollie" Bywater - Groomsman
Hello everyone, my name is Ollie Bywater and I’ve known Mikie since we were little kids growing up playing football. Some of my best memories with Mikie are all the trips we’ve taken in the past, whether it was in Mexico or the Virgin Islands. Also some more of the best memories with Mikie were playing flag football for years, Mikie was always my quarterback, and I was his go to wide receiver. When the game was on the line, or a big play was to be had, Mikie would always throw it up to me, and I’d catch it, boom we win the game! I’m happy to call Mikie one of my best friends, and better yet, my brother, love ya buddy!
