What is the dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal or dressy casual — polished but comfortable! For the guys, slacks with a button-down or dress shirt (ties and jackets are totally optional). For the ladies, a sundress, midi dress, jumpsuit, or a skirt and blouse combo would be perfect. Our wedding will have a bright and floral, garden party vibe, so if you’d like, feel free to dress in colors or patterns that add to the cheerful, summer atmosphere — think florals, pastels, or anything light and fun! Most importantly, we want you to feel great and be ready to celebrate with us.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin right at 4pm, so please arrive with plenty of time to be settled before we begin!

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

The ceremony will be located at Kearney eFree Church (4010 7th Ave, Kearney, NE 68845) and the reception will be at the Buffalo County Fairgrounds Exhibit Building (3807 Avenue N, Kearney, NE 68847)

Will there be a meal served?

Yes! We will have catering from Under the House Barbecue! This will include pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, barbecue sauce and some sides! We will also have cake!

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know by the RSVP date if you require any!

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, we will have alcohol available during our reception. There will be a cash bar. While we’re excited to celebrate, it’s very important to us that our wedding day honors God and reflects the love and joy He’s given us. We kindly ask that if you choose to drink, you do so responsibly and in a way that keeps the focus on the celebration, fellowship, and the commitment we’re making before Him. Thank you for respecting this!

Where are you registered?

We are registered at both Amazon and Target. There is a mailing address attached to both of those accounts, so if you prefer, you may mail them directly. However, we will have a card/gift table at both the ceremony and reception if you would like to bring a gift along with you!

What should I do if I have more questions?

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to reach out to either the bride or groom! Please be patient with our answers as we prepare for our big day!
