If you’re coming from more than a few hours away, to ensure buffer time for any delays that might affect travel time, we recommend arriving Friday. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm on Saturday - please ensure you are on premise at the venue by 4:30pm to prevent any interruptions.

Please refer to your invitation. If you are given a +1, it will say so there. Please RSVP for your +1 if included, otherwise they will not be allowed entrance as the venue will be unable to accommodate last-minute additions.

While we appreciate the little ones who would want to celebrate our big day with us, only a few immediate family members under 18 will be in attendance. Please make child care plans for your kiddos ahead of time.

Please reach out to James & Alanna ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We will work with you & the venue to ensure you have options! The venue is unable to accommodate last-minute changes or requests, however, so please let us know in advance.

Please DO wear: Cocktail & floor-length dresses, suits, dress shirts, sport coats, dress shoes, heels, dressy sandals, flats

Please DON'T wear: Casual sun dresses, shorts, jeans, t-shirts, polos, hats, sneakers*, flip flops* *Feel free to bring these along to change into for the reception if you're more comfortable in them for dancing!

Yes, there will be ample free parking onsite. You may leave your car overnight until 12pm Sunday afternoon.

** HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT; Expect a temperature of 90+** ... While we can't guarantee temperatures, early October in Novato can be expected to fall between 70-80 degrees. Our ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

You will have your choice of wine, beer, & liquor readily available via open bar from cocktail hour onward. Our venue does not allow outside alcohol on the premises.
