Our Wedding

Brad and Ally met with a swipe to the right in the summer of 2015. They met at Stellas on Brads 30th birthday. He showed up telling Ally he needs to keep his phone out ready to leave at any moment because he was 'on call'. She thought it was a clever exit strategy in case she was a dud. Ally received a permanent contract and taught grade 3 and Brad flew MedEvac. They moved into a house in St.Vital close to Ally's school and Brad decided to go to University to pursue his Mech. Eng. Degree. Bida (bee-dah loosely translated from Ukrainian means 'misfortune/evil') the beagle made her grand entrance on Easter of 2018 even though Brad was reluctant to get a dog(Guess who absolutely adores the dog now). They also adopted Oscar the beagle in 2023. In May 2023 Brad proposed to Ally in Hasselt, Belgium. She said 'Ja' (Yes, in dutch) Stand out dates: Gliding, West Edmonton Mall waterpark, anything Halloween! Places we've been : Mexico, Belgium, Amsterdam, Barbados, Vegas, Ottawa, Vancouver, LA, Arizona, South Dakota Best memories:-Sleeping in the car because we didn't know the Sturgis Rally was going on and hotels were $800+ a night ('wow there sure are alot of motorcycles around here')-Brad teaching Ally how to play BlackJack and she proceeded to completely smoke the table. (we sat there for over 3 hours)-Geocaching to explore different cities and towns- Brad making sure Ally had good seats for the Fantasmic show AND the fireworks show in Disneyland even though they were a good distance away from each other- We have made it out of every single escape room with NO hints from Winnipeg, to Rapid City to Kelowna because we have amazingly smart friends Honeymoon: Germany, Italy or Japan Fun fact:While Brad has seen Ally teach many times (she always needs a 'classroom helper' ) she has never actually WITNESSED captain Brad fly an airplane....

This hotel is closest to the airport. There will be a blocked set of rooms to accommodate guests at 169.00 for two nights. The discounted block is available until July 1. There is also a free shuttle to and from the airport, and a shuttle to take you to and from the venue on the day of the wedding If you still wish to stay at the hotel after the cut-off date, the discounted fee will still be honored if there are rooms available.
