Alauna and Christopher met playing basketball for the Stallions and became friends. Christopher invited Alauna to hang out on Halloween. Although Alauna was unaware at the time, this was in fact their first date!

A month later, Christopher asked Alauna to be his girlfriend and she said YES!

Alauna and Christopher were working next door to each other for months before they started hanging out and had no idea! Alauna worked at QuikTrip and Christopher at Fuel Fitness.

Alauna and Christopher went to their first concert together and saw one of their favorite artists. They both listened to NF before meeting each other. This was Christopher's second time seeing him and Alauna's fifth time!

Alauna moved into her college dorm at West Virginia Wesleyan College and the dreaded long distance began!

Christopher visits Alauna often to watch her volleyball games and support her!

The decoy date! Christopher took Alauna on an elaborate date to see a lighthouse and other sights to throw her off track!

THE BIG DAY!! Christopher took Alauna horseback riding on Hilton Head, lunch in Savannah, visited Wormsloe Historic Site (Nicholas Sparks movie The Last Song was filmed there), and finally ended the day at Wright Family Park in Bluffton where Christopher proposed to Alauna! Alauna said YES!! It started raining minutes after Alauna said yes, which was perfect because she loves the rain!! Alauna and Christopher had dinner with their families after! It was the perfect day!!
