Our ceremony is planned for the Nature Chapel, a short distance from the main pavilion. To help guests get there, a shuttle will run from the pavilion to the chapel before the ceremony. You’re also welcome to walk if you’d like, but please allow yourself extra time to arrive and catch the shuttle if you plan on riding. The shuttle from the parking lot to the Nature Chapel will begin running at 3:45. Feel free to arrive anytime between 3:45-4:15. The shuttle will run it's last group at 4:15! **This is a separate shuttle from the hotel shuttle.**

Both our ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. The last shuttle to the Nature Chapel, before the ceremony starts, will leave by 4:15. **This is a separate shuttle from the hotel shuttle.** In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the pavilion. If that happens, the shuttle will not be running. The pavilion is located just steps from the parking lot and offers handicap-accessible parking for those who need it.

Cocktail hour will take place in The Great Hall. The shuttle will return you from the Nature Chapel to The Great Hall. There will be appetizers, drinks and yard games. Start the party for us!

The reception will be held in the Great Hall, where we’ll gather to celebrate after the ceremony. The reception will take place after cocktail hour. We’ll have dinner, drinks, dessert, and plenty of dancing.
