do i have to rsvp?

Yes, an RSVP is required for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked a "no".

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Due to limited capacity within the venue, the guest list is limited to those names stated on the invitation. If you have any questions, we will be more than happy to answer.

what is the dress code?

We kindly invite our guests to join us in celebrating with a touch of elegance. We encourage wearing ANY pastel, wildflower, or earth tones for the occasion, but your presence is what matters most!

what time should i arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM EST. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to assure you do not miss anything and allow us to begin on time.

can i take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, so we ask you to kindly turn off all your ringers during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and we are excited to share their photos with you. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is a variety of free parking available. We will have a section at the front of the lodge for handicapped.

will there be an open bar?

While we won't be having an open bar, we'll have a few kegs of beer available. Please understand that these will be limited, so feel free to bring your own drinks if you'd like to enjoy something else throughout the night! We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and plan ahead for a safe trip home! Please arrange for a designated driver or other transportation, as we do not have any additional space for overnight guests in the lodge.

Will the wedding be outside?

Yes, the ceremony as well as the reception will be outdoors! The ceremony will be under a shaded area.
