Our Wedding

When GML started working as a casual in USS, she only knew Albert as the BOSS. Fast forward to few years later, GML left for MBS. They got to know each other better after some visit to Hard Rock Cafe, which became their regular hangout. It was quite a number of dates &amp; hangout later when they got together

How It Started

GML: Albert picking out green peas from mixed nuts for GML while they were drinking (This was before we got together) Albert: Meeting around Marina Bay area to exercise during Covid period

Favourite Memory of Us

Nov 2022, BangkokGML decided on the location because it was their 1st overseas trip together. GML pampered Albert for a stay in Banyan Tree &amp; arranged for the room to be decorated while they were out for supper.Surprise was almost spoiled when the champagne that was supposed to be delivered during the decoration was delivered while they were still in the room. Thankfully GML was quick witted &amp; made some excuses.After they came back from supper, GML was speechless &amp; Albert was surprised. It took some time before GML knelt down &amp; popped the question. Oct 2023, Abu DhabiAlbert was very secretive about the "pampering" resort staycation that he has planned for GML. GML was suspicious, but decided to play along with it. In the evening, Albert made a reservation for a beautiful table by the garden in the restaurant with the table decorated. Again, GML was still suspicious &amp; questioned, but Albert kept denying. After dinner, GML was busy feeding some horses that were in the garden, when she turned &amp; found Albert kneeling down on 1 knee. He was speechless because GML couldn't stop laughing. All the speeches that he had in his mind had disappeared together with GML's laughter. Anyway, of course she said yes.
