Despite growing up in the same town, Aldo and Dulce rarely crossed paths at Fipps Primary, Riverdale Elementary, and Riverdale High. It was not until their time at Fresno State that they finally started talking. They had briefly dated while in college but went their separate ways for several years. They had started communication again towards the end of their college run. They left it off amicably despite Dulce's (alleged by Aldo) attempted hit and run by a golf cart. After graduation, they started talking once more. On December 27, 2018, Aldo and Dulce made it official again. Another six months after this, Aldo took Dulce to Shaver Lake to give her a promise ring to show his commitment to marriage. The night before the When We Were Young 2022 music festival in Las Vegas, NV is when Aldo decided to finally pop the question. Dulce said yes to the small audience of Aldo's niece and two bystanders. After going through many phases in their relationship, the future Mr. and Mrs. Chavira would like you to join them with friends and family to celebrate together.
