Alec and I met at work! I am a 911 dispatcher and Alec works for one of the agencies I dispatch for. We met soon after I started working there when he had to come pick up something from the dispatch center. After that he started finding different reasons to come up to dispatch so he could see me (his words). We got to know each other and fell in love!

Alec said he wanted to take me to the zoo for his birthday! He proposed to me in front of my favorite animal, the Giant Panda. Little did I know that he arranged for both of our families to be there so we got to spend the afternoon celebrating with them and enjoying the zoo!
