A shuttle bus between Pickering Casino Hotel and the venue. Shuttle to the venue will depart hotel at 4:30pm. Shuttle departing venue back to hotel will be at 10pm and another at 12 midnight. Please ensure to indicate you will require transportation when you RSVP.

The ceremony will be held in an outdoor garden. The reception will be held indoors with an outdoor patio connecting to the outdoor garden

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Example: Ladies could wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen could wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.” Also, consider shoes that are suitable for the outdoor garden ceremony.

With respect, due to our venues space restraints we’ve decided to host an adults-only occasion. We love ALL the little people in our lives and would invite everyone to celebrate if we could. Although we’re hosting an adults-only event due to limited space, you will see a couple of children from our immediate family/wedding party hitting up the candy bar. We’ve included them in the reception as a thank you and hope you can understand.

We’ve been together quite a while, with all our pots’n’ pans. As we don’t need homely gifts we have another plan! We know it’s not the most traditional and not the way it’s usually done.
