Will there be assigned seating?
Not at all! Pick a seat, not a side. You’re loved by both the groom AND bride! Mathew and/or Jacob will be seating people as they arrive. Seating for the reception will be updated after August 1st based on the amount of people RSVP’ing!
What’s for dinner?
Thanks to the grill masters of the family themselves, we will have smoked pulled pork and brisket as the main dishes. Sides will include cheesy potatoes, garlicky onion & bacon green beans, and pasta salad will be offered as a cold side. Rolls & butter will be provided as well.
In between the ceremony and reception, there will be a slew of snacks and charcuterie to snack on while waiting for the wedding party to complete their photos.
What time will the reception start?
We are shooting for 5:00 pm for reception start time! It may always be 5:00 somewhere, but we want to make sure it’s 5 HERE when our guests can begin to enjoy the bar!
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed per our contract at this venue! Sorry for the inconvenience, but thank you for understanding!
Will there be a bar?
Yes! We are offering our guests a select few options of alcoholic beverages for the night. We will have a keg (will update the type of beer closer to the event) vodka crans, rum and coke, and a specialty cider drink for the fall season!
Will we be outside or inside?
Both the ceremony and reception will both be inside! With a venue as big as we have, there is PLENTY of room to enjoy it all under one roof! The venue has AC and heat, so we will keep it comfortable for you!
Are kids allowed?
Yes! We will have a slew of games for adults and children alike including bags, giant jenga, giant tic-tac-toe, and coloring pages for the kids to enjoy throughout the night. We WOULD like to give families a heads up though: if your young ones have sensitive ears, once the night really kicks off there may be some language in music not suitable for young listeners. If you are a stickler on what music your kiddos listen to, this may be something to take into consideration when planning your night out!
Is my phone allowed?
During the ceremony, we ask that no phones be out so our videographer can capture the moment without a bunch of screens present. However, during the reception, go CRAZYYYYY!! Take all the photos! We will have an option for you to share all the photos you’ve taken by the end of the night!
