Due to limited venue space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your invite as (NAME) & Guest. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, we respectfully request our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making child care arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Our ceremony will be an unplugged event. For this, we ask all cell phones and cameras be put away. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the reception! This is such a special day for us and we have the most amazing photography/ videography team documenting our entire day, that way you are able to take it all in, celebrate and be in the moment with us!

If we do not receive and RSVP from you by May 1st 2024, you will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total number of guests to our vendors in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this.

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:30 pm. We recommend that guests arrive between 3:00-3:15 so there is time to find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still letting guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception!

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. Vehicles are allowed to stay in the parking lot overnight, however they need to be gone by 9 am sharp!

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening. No jeans, please!

Hotels should be reserved as soon as possible. They must be booked before 7/10/24 in order to ensure that you are getting the discounted pricing for the block of rooms.
