Peyton and Aleighna met in October of 2017, in the Dairy Queen Drive thru where Aleighna worked at the time. They were introduced to each other by Sydney Johnson, who is married to Aleighna's brother Avery. She was best friends with both and had came up with the idea to set Peyton and Aleighna up, not knowing that about 8 years later they would be getting married.
