In a twist of fate (aka Tinder), we met in the summer of 2018. Zach, the shy one, and Ally, the more talkative one, we seemed pretty different at first. Yet, something just clicked instantly. From the moment we met, we wove our lives together so seamlessly that you’d think we were cut from the same cloth.


Six years later, we have built our life in a quaint, yellow house in Lansing, Michigan. Our home is filled with laughter, love, and the occasional cat-induced chaos courtesy of Zoe and Willow, with Olive, our dog, adding to the mix, ensuring there’s never a dull moment. We enjoy taking trips to Northern Michigan, exploring antique stores, going to concerts, collecting vinyl, cherishing moments with our friends and family—who now feel as one, and decompressing with each other after a long day of work. Through many days of joy and some hardship, we have consistently been the pillar of support for one another.


On August 12th, 2022, overlooking Lake Michigan, Zach proposed, and Ally said yes. We solidified what we always wanted: making it through this complicated, beautiful, scary, fun life—together.
