Are Personal Photos Welcome During the Ceremony? 

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during our ceremony. We’d love for you to be fully present with us in the moment, and we promise to share the professional photos afterward.


Is There an Open Bar or Cash Bar?

We’re delighted to treat each guest to an open bar! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! 




Is Parking Available On Site?

Yes! There is a sizeable parking lot on site. 


Can I Bring a Date?


Due to venue limitations, we appreciate your understanding that our guest list is limited to those addressed. 




Attire;


Garden formal. Ceremony will be in a greenhouse with temperatures similar to outdoors—dress elegantly, but comfortably. Bright colours, prints and mixed fabrics are encouraged! 





Is There a Hotel Block Reserved?


Yes! We are currently working to add 1 additional option.
We currently have a block at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kitchener Southeast.

What Time to Arrive?

Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. (5:10pm)
This ensures everyone is seated and ready when the celebration begins!
