This is a great question, as we also have our personal vendettas with Monday. We're doing this on a Monday because it makes things exponentially more affordable, which aligns better with a teacher/soon-to-be student budget. It also happens to be the Monday of Zack's spring break!

On the day of our wedding, we plan to provide food on two occasions. The first will be the only traditional meal offered that day; this occurs during the lunch that directly follows the ceremony. Pizza and Pub-Subs will be served in addition to a few small bites prepared by Alex's dad and Zack's mom. We hope that you enjoy our comfort meals as much as we do! During the reception, we plan to offer an assortment of bites as well. There will be a table with some food to snack on while we enjoy each other's company and the amazing band. Because of this, WE RECOMMEND GRABBING ANOTHER MEAL BEFORE YOU COME TO THE RECEPTION, since another meal will not be provided. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding this.

We recommend anywhere in the downtown area between the following streets: as north as River Street, as south as Henry Street, as west as Montgomery Street, and as east as East Broad Street. If you'd like help finding a place to book, feel free to reach out to us :) *We prefer you don't stay on River Street, as that can be a longer walk from most of our events; however, it is up to you and what you think you're capable of.*

We want to be able to enjoy the serenity of a morning wedding while also incorporating a traditional evening reception. It's the best of both worlds! It also gives our guests the opportunity to get out of stuffy fancy clothes and explore the wonderful city, grab a drink at a local bar, or head back to your room and take a nap. The 'Things To Do' page consists of some of our favorite places to visit around Savannah. Feel free to check it out if you're looking for recommendations! Although it's encouraged to take time to leave the venue, if you're looking to stick around, there will be some activities set up for y'all to enjoy (cards, cornhole, etc.).
