How to book a room with the group code: 
1. Guests click the following link which will take them directly to our website. (Bottom of this section where it says website)

2. Scroll down past the picture and input arrival and departure dates.  

3. Please note that the group code HAW
 will already be put in the group code section. 

4. Click Search.  

5. Group rates will automatically generate for Standard King and Double Queen rooms only.  

6. If guests wish to book a room type other than 1 King or Double Queen, they will have to call the hotel directly to book as all other room types are unable to be booked online through this booking link.

Only 13 minutes from the venue. Hotel is located in Tuscan village where there are lots of shops and restaurants to eat at.

We do not have a room block but there is a 15% off for booking a hotel room for a wedding:

On Marriott.com website, find The Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village. Under where it says Corp/ Promo Code, type in W14.

If you choose to call the hotel or Marriott for reservations, please advise them to reference the 15% discount for weddings, not referencing our wedding name.

Please note, the 15% discount applies to the current selling rate for standard guest rooms at the time of reservation, and will be based on availability at time of booking.
