What's with Braums?

It’s where we had our very first date! Braums will always have a special place in our hearts (and our stomachs) as the spot where it all began.

Is the event indoor or outdoor?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors. It’s a beautiful spot, but please be weather-aware since it will be May, temperature and weather can vary. Guests will be seated on the grass, so feel free to plan your footwear accordingly! After the ceremony, we’ll head indoors for the reception to continue the celebration. We can’t wait to celebrate this day with you.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is semi-formal garden party! Think of attire that’s polished yet comfortable for an outdoor celebration. Ladies, floral dresses or stylish jumpsuits are perfect, don't hesitate to bring in some color! Please avoid white or light cream colored outfits! Gentlemen, suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt are ideal—feel free to leave the tie at home if you’d like!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, so we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and settling in. We want everyone to enjoy the beautiful view and be ready to celebrate as we start our big day!

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome to join us on our special day! However, we kindly ask that parents keep a close eye on their little ones throughout the event. The venue has areas like an open cliffside, bodies of water, and a fire pit so safety is essential. Please note that this is a formal event and if children cause a large disturbance or are destructive, parents may be asked to leave and will be responsible for any damages. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable celebration for everyone!

Is there overnight parking at the venue?

No, all vehicles must be removed from the premises by the end of the night. Please plan ahead if ride accommodations will be needed, stay safe and drive responsibly. Please refer to the details page for a map of the venue.

Where can I stay nearby?

There are lots of hotel and Airbnb options around the Tulsa area, we recommend booking your accommodations in advance because there are lots of other events going on that weekend and rooms are already booking up! Be sure to check out our travel page for more details and recommendations on nearby accommodations.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only in the designated smoking section of the property. However, please note that there is absolutely no tolerance for illegal drug use or consumption on the premises, including the venue's parking lots. This policy extends to the consumption of marijuana in any form, regardless of whether the user(s) are qualifying patients using it for medical purposes. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Each guest has been allotted a specific number of slots, which is reflected on the wedding website when you RSVP. We’re working hard to keep our guest list within the venue’s capacity and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

When do I need to RSVP by?

The RSVP deadline is April 20th. This gives us ample time to finalize any last-minute details and provide our final guest count to our vendors. Kindly RSVP through our website, even if we’ve already discussed your attendance. If we don’t receive your response by April 20th, we’ll assume you’re unable to join us, and you will be greatly missed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! NOTE - please include your guest(s) name when RSVPing
