Our Wedding

It all began in October 2020 at Black Swan Yoga, where a shared love for movement (and a few spontaneous acro poses) sparked a friendship that quickly grew into something special. From best friends to partners for life, our connection only deepened with every shared laugh and adventure. By August 2021, we made it official! Since then, we've built a life filled with travel, music, creativity, and endless laughter, and even shared the best dog in the world, Bane. Whether we're exploring new place, learning something new, or just enjoying time together, every moment has felt like our favorite one yet.

Wedding Party

We’re inviting our guests to dress up for the occasion. A dark suit and tie or a long, midi, or otherwise elevated evening dress are all wonderful choices. While tuxedos and full formal gowns are welcome, most guests will feel perfectly at home in classic, polished attire.And don’t be afraid to wear color! Our wedding palette features olive greens and mauve, and we’d love to see those tones (or other rich hues) throughout the celebration.Think elegant and celebratory. Dressed up, but not over the top.

Dress Code

The whole weekend will take place at The Cedars Ranch — a stunning Hill Country retreat surrounded by oak trees and starry Texas skies. Guests are invited to stay on-site in the property’s cabins and glamping accommodations to enjoy the full wedding weekend experience just steps away from the celebration.

Where To Stay

If you are looking for something to do (outside of all the fun things plans already!), these are some great options we recommend you try!

One of the best swimming holes in Texas, Jacob’s Well, is located in the&nbsp;<a href="https://hayscountytx.com/departments/hays-county-parks-recreation/jacobs-well-natural-area/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jacob’s Well Natural Area</a>&nbsp;in Wimberley.&nbsp;Filled by the waters of the Trinity Aquifer, the water pumping into Jacob’s Well is a cool 68 degrees. Visitors can swim here from May 1 until October 1, but note; you need a reservation (especially on the weekend) as this is a popular area, and they limit capacity.&nbsp;

One of the top places to cool off from the Texas heat is the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.cityofwimberley.com/202/Blue-Hole-Regional-Park" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Blue Hole Regional Park</a>. Here you can enjoy the spring-fed waters in the shade of towering cypress trees, all surrounded by a 126-acre park in the Texas Hill Country.&nbsp; A favorite attraction here is the rope swings.&nbsp;People love swinging out over the clear blue water and making a big splash on their way in!The Blue Hole swimming area fills up quickly, so reservations are required (especially on the weekend).&nbsp; You can also enjoy plenty of hiking trails all around Blue Hole!

Blue Hole Regional Park

A cherished gem nestled in the heart of the enchanting Texas Hill Country. Their story began in 1983 amidst the rolling hills and valleys of Driftwood, Texas, where their passion for crafting exceptional wine thrives. Wimberley Valley Winery

The City of Wimberley has developed 7.24 acres of land along Cypress Creek into a protected preserve and nature trail. This park is located immediately east of the Wimberley Square, bordered by Cypress Creek and Old Kyle Road. The park was acquired in 2001 by the City and features a walking trail along Cypress Creek connecting to Blue Hole Regional Park. At the time of the acquisition, a conservation easement was entered into between the City of Wimberley and the Wimberley Valley Watershed Association. There is a path through the town square where you can eat, shop, and soak up some sun!
