There will be limited parking at the property, car pooling is encouraged. Overflow will be on the street.

There are plenty of AirBnB’s and hotels around the Grass Valley area. We welcome you to camp on the Bolt’s property as well. If you choose to camp, please bring your tent, plenty of blankets, and pillows. We cannot predict the weather, but it might be cold or rainy. Please also bring a rain cover for your tent.

If camping on property, there will be a designated area to set up tents. Please arrive one hour early to set up before the wedding starts. You are welcome to drive your car down the driveway to camp area so that you can unpack and set up. Please move vehicle after you are done unloading so that you are not blocking the driveway. There will be signs showing you the area where you can camp.

Please be prepared to dress in layers because we expect the night to be brisk. The ceremony and dinner will be held on the grass and the dance floor will be on the concrete. You are welcome to come barefoot, but your feet might be cold after nightfall. We advise bringing a comfy pair of shoes, but are welcome to wear whatever makes you happy. There is no dress code, but formal attire would be nice.

We will have several games setup like cornhole for you to enjoy and a live band to dance all night!

Great question! We will have beer, wine, champagne, and seltzers available for as long as they last! Feel free to grab a cold one or pour yourself a glass. We just ask that when you are done with your beverage, please dispose of it at one of our many trash cans around the property. We want you to enjoy as much as you’d like.

Unfortunately, our area does not have many, if any available. Please keep this in mind when planning on how you will be getting to your sleeping destination at the end of the evening. We want everyone to be safe on this special occasion.

We will have buffet style Mexican food served, with vegetarian and gluten free options available.

We will have a chips and salsa station set up towards the end of the night, you are welcome to stock your tents with any other munchies that you might want before heading to bed.

We would love for you to bring your children if you would like to. We do plan on being up reasonably late, so if they are camping with you, please be aware it might be loud and difficult for them to fall asleep.
