There will be a trolley/bus to pick guests up from the Courtyard Marriott, Homewood Suites, and Hampton Inn and take them to the venue.

Hampton Inn

Trolley arrives at 1:55 PM. Be outside by 1:50 PM.

Homewood Suites

Trolley arrives at 2:00 PM. Be outside by 1:55 PM.

Courtyard Marriott

Bus arrives at 2:10 PM. Be outside at 2:05 PM.

If you miss the trolley/bus, you can Uber to the venue and still take the trolley home.

Two trolleys will be available to take guests to the after-party and back to the Courtyard Marriott, Homewood Suites, and Hampton Inn.

Both trolleys will depart the Estate at White Hall Vineyard at 9:40 PM. Both will go to Brock's Riverside Grill to drop off guests for the after-party. Then, one trolley will go to the Courtyard Marriott. The other trolley will go to the Hampton Inn/Homewood Suites. The trolley driver will direct you to make sure you get on the correct trolley going to your hotel.

All hotel blocks have expired at this time. You can still reserve through the hotel website at the three hotels below. We recommend staying at these hotels to utilize the provided transportation.

If flying into DCA, you could consider taking the VRE commuter train down to Fredericksburg, if you are not renting a car.
