- To ensure everyone fully enjoys the evening, we kindly request an adults-only affair. We are unable to accommodate plus ones and/or guests without an invite.

- It will be an open-bar. Please plan your safe ride home accordingly.

- We strongly recommend that if you choose to drive that you park in the Hilton section in the Crystal Mall parkade as it is a fixed all-day price, with no need for your to return to your vehicle and/or to move it again (hassle-free), and because it is in the vicinity of the Hilton. If you do this, remember to register your license plate at the Hilton's front desk. Otherwise, you are welcome to park within Crystal mall, but please check the parkade policies. Alternatively, you can use public transportation, which runs until 1:00 AM, or you can use ride sharing options. Please ensure your safe ride home.

- Please RSVP by December 20, 2024. If we don't hear back from you, we will assume you are not attending. We have a few FREE Hilton reserved parking passes that we will be giving away to the first few people that RSVP. We will contact you if you are receiving FREE parking!
