What to expect for food?

 During cocktail hour, we have hors d’oeuvres which consist of - cucumber cups filled with hummus,
Bang bang shrimp, sesame chicken, crab Rangoon’s, and mini beef Wellington‘s. 

 Entrées - grilled fillet mignon with peppercorn sauce
And boneless breast of chicken with sage and apple stuffing and Merlot sauce. 

 For the people who need food substitution.

-wild mushroom ravioli in sage butter Madeira sauce, (vegan)
-crown roasted vegetables served on a bed of herb basmati rice with roasted garlic and red pepper sauce (Vegan, GF)
