If you would like to take pictures during the ceremony, we are asking you do so from your seat and be mindful of our photographer. Please do not post on social media until we do so first. Thank you.

Formal attire — dressy and polished. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits (no tuxedos required). Comfortable dress shoes recommended for outdoor walking such as block heels instead of thin heels since the ceremony will be in a gravel area. Click on "Dress Code" for more details.

Ceremony will start at 4:30pm. If you're driving please arrive at least 15-30 minutes before then. If not, use the shuttles provided.

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Only children ages 12 and above are allowed at the wedding. Only exception we are making for children under 12 are our flower girls.

Shuttles will be provided for the following hotels: Winwood Condos, Union and Post, Hotel Vienna and Windham NY Escape. Check under travel for more shuttle information.

If you would like to drive to the venue yourself there will be a parking attendant at the venue who will help direct you to a parking space.

There will be an after party. Details are posted under the "things to do" page.

If you're looking for a good coffee place we highly recommend Clutch and Throttle. If you're looking to get some breakfast there's the Catskill Mountain Country Store, The Windham Local Public House, Higher Grounds Coffee Co., or The Windham Diner
