For larger groups or those traveling together -- we'd recommend getting an Airbnb in: Alhambra, Pasadena, Highland Park, or even Glendale. We would NOT recommend staying in Downtown Los Angeles or Hollywood. Those areas are harder to navigate, dirtier, and not car-friendly if renting.
