Do all invitations include a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity at the venue, we are unable to provide everyone with a plus one. We hope you understand and look forward to seeing you all there! :)

Are children invited?

Not a problem! Just please reach out and let us know ahead of time, so we can make arrangements!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the recreation center down the driveway from the main building. There will be signage pointing you towards where to park!

Where should we stay?

We have reserved rooms at two hotels near the venue! Please refer to the travel section for further details. There are also plenty of other hotel options near the venue if you prefer.

Where do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

You can RSVP right within this website in the "RSVP" section. Please try your best to RSVP by April 3, 2025!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will primarily be held outdoors, however if it were to rain, we have arranged for tents to cover everyone!

What is the wedding dress code?

Although there is no formal dress code, semi-formal to formal attire is recommended. You do not need to follow a specific color scheme, but for reference the wedding colors are light blue and other soft pastels (peach, green, yellow, etc.)

What should we expect after the wedding ceremony?

Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour and reception all within the same location as the ceremony! For anyone who is looking to continue the celebrations after the reception, we will be hosting an after party in the recreation center at the same location starting around 10:30 pm!

What time should we arrive at the wedding location?

The ceremony is planned to start at 4pm, but guests can plan to start arriving any time after 3pm.

Where can I let you know of any dietary restrictions?

You will be prompted to list any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

Will there be transportation to and from the Fairfield and Hyatt hotels?

We have reserved a shuttle to take you to and from the Fairfield and Hyatt hotels (addressed included in the "travel" section)! The shuttle times are as follows: To Venue: Pickup at Fairfield: 2pm-2:05pm Pickup at Hyatt: 2:10pm- 2:15pm Drop off at Wedding Venue: 2:25pm Pickup at Fairfield: 2:40pm-2:45pm Pickup at Hyatt: 2:50pm-2:55pm Drop off at Wedding Venue: 3:10pm Pickup at Fairfield: 3:25pm-3:30pm Pickup at Hyatt: 3:35pm-3:40pm Drop off at Wedding Venue: 3:50pm We recommend using one of the first two shuttle times as the wedding will start at 4pm!
