WEATHER --- Could be sun or rain! Be ready with sun hats, or umbrellas, or sunscreen, or bug spray... Gotta love New England! Much of the wedding will be outside, though we will have a tent to eat under. Be mindful of outfits that might be ruined by/stuck in mud. PARKING --- Please park at the Amherst-Pelham Regional Highschool; it is a 5 minute walk back to the venue. Amherst-Pelham Regional High School Parking Lot 21 Mattoon St, Amherst, MA 01002

4:30-6pm - Hiking for natural decoration items! (Location TBD) 7pm - Dinner for Immediate Family (friends please find each other and feast!)

12:00 PM–9:30 PM

Saturday

Ceremony, Community Performance & Potluck, Dancing. 9-12 - Setup! 12:30 - Guests may begin arriving 1:00 - 3:00 - Workshops, Interactive Art, Socializing 3:00 - 5:00 - Community Performance & Ceremony. 6:00 - Dinner, dessert, and dancing! Note that while we will try to provide light refreshments between 12:30 and 3, you should eat lunch beforehand or pack a lunch for yourself. Attire: Celebratory! Maybe for you that's a nice dress. Maybe for you that's a got-dang sun goddess beetle costume. Maybe it's the only day of your life that you put on a button-up. You do you. Just make it fun, be comfortable, and keep it medium-classy.
