Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one it will be listed on your invitation and appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Although we love the kiddos, we have decided to make our wedding an adults only event. We encourage parents to use the evening as a date night!

The ceremony will begin around 4:30PM MST. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to ceremony start time to ensure you do not miss anything and allow us to begin on time!

The venue is The Hilltop Wedding Center and there will be shuttles to and from the hotels to the venue. There is also cabs available.

Sylvan Lake is located right in between both Calgary and Edmonton. Both major cities are international airports, so fly to whichever will have the better deal!

We highly advise securing your accommodations at your earliest convenience. Sylvan Lake is a popular summer tourist destination, emphasizing the significance of early booking to ensure your stay in the area. In the event of limited availability in Sylvan Lake, considering an alternative option such as lodging in Red Deer, a 15-minute drive from Sylvan Lake, could prove to be a favorable solution.

Yes, there will be shuttles picking up guests at the main hotels in Sylvan Lake and then also taking guests back.(one shuttle will be earlier and then the final one will be at the end of the night). Alternatively, there are cabs available. Also, the bar will be a cash bar and will not accept card payments at the venue. Please be aware that there is no ATM on-site, but there are banks/ATMs in Sylvan Lake to get cash prior.
