What is the dress code?
We ask that all guests wear semi-formal. Please refrain from wearing blue as that is the color that the bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne tones.
Will the wedding be outside?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event!
We will provide handheld fans and water bottles as we expect it to be a warm, sunny, July day.
When should I RSVP?
Kindly RSVP by June 14th (6 weeks prior to the wedding) so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering.
You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending.’
When should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 3:30pm, please arrive at least 20 minutes before that time to allow time
for parking and finding your seat.
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Please be respectful of our personal budget that we have to maintain. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!
Can I bring my children?
While we love your kids, we have a budget to maintain and the venue has a capacity limit. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a fun "night out" for yourselves! You deserve to enjoy one night free from your children to have fun, get some drinks flowing and some dance moves grooving.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony.
We have paid for a professional photographer to capture our ceremony with her expensive camera, so don't worry we've got it covered.
We are more than happy for you to take photos/videos once the ceremony is over. We just ask that you don't post anything on social media before we do.
Are alcoholic beverages complimentary?
Yes they are complimentary! (However, our amazing bartender Joe may accept tips if you want to thank him for his great bar service.) Just bring yourself and some great vibes! We will be providing the liquor. All evening there will be unlimited beer, wine, champagne, and hard seltzers. And for one hour following dinner we will have a cocktail hour. There will be one specialty drink chosen by the groom and the bride that you can have an unlimited amount of in the hour.
As for non-alcoholic beverages we will provide water, lemonade, juice and soda.
Cards and gifts
Your presence is more than enough!
However, if you wish to gift us something we would appreciate any help towards our honeymoon!
We will have a card drop box located at the venue.
There is also a wedding registry located on this website.
We can't thank you enough ahead of time for anything you may gift us. We have been planning this wedding for a long 17 months, so we look forward to relaxing at the honeymoon.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/GF meal options?
Please reach out to us directly so we can accommodate for any dietary needs.
