Travel Considerations: - Passports: Each guest will need a valid U.S. Passport book with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates.&nbsp; Names &amp; birth dates on the passport must match exactly to those on flight &amp; resort reservations otherwise you may be denied entry. If you need to apply for a passport or renew yours, please do this ASAP. - Resort Transfers: Resort reservations booked using the group promo code will include 1 free private round-trip transportation per room. All guests in reservation must arrive &amp; leave at the same time. A private shuttle will take your travel party from the airport to the resort and then back to the airport at the end of your stay. - Resort Stay: All rooms must be booked directly with the hotel and utilizing the assigned promo code to be considered part of the wedding group. If you book a different hotel/resort, a daily resort pass must be purchased to partake in any wedding activities.
