The ceremony begins at 2:00 PM  and will take place on the field behind Mellor Hall. Please arrive at 1:40 PM to give everyone time to find a seat. There will be signs to help guide your way! Our very close family friend, Pastor Boyd Tremblett will be officiating our ceremony.  The hall will be open after the ceremony. Please enjoy some appetizers, drinks and activities until the wedding party returns from photos. Dinner will be served when the wedding party returns! If you have any allergies/dietary restrictions, please let us know. We cannot wait to celebrate our special day with all of you! For your convenience we have saved a block of rooms at the Best Western Cowichan Valley Inn (250-748-2722). When booking your room please mention you will be booking for the "Allard Wedding" so you get the room at a discounted price. Rooms MUST be booked before July 30th 2022. There will be a shuttle that will help transport our guests safely back to their homes/hotels.
