15 is one of our luckiest numbers. It's the day in January that Alex was born, the exit number off M-6 that we take each time we travel between our east and west homes, the number of months we had dated when Matt proposed, and the number of years that passed between our first time falling for each other and the last.

In 2007, Matt was starting his career at the R.L. Deppmann Company and the new intern, Alex, was seated next to him for the summer. Both thinking the other was cute, but both too shy to say so, we spent the summer talking and moving things around on each other's desks (lol).

Everything happens for a reason, and as it turns out, we had a few more chapters to live before our time together would really begin. When Alex returned to the R.L. Deppmann Company many years later, it wasn't long before our story had picked back up right where we left off. And here we are happily working side by side again.

Because of our journey, we know how rare it is to find what we have in each other. So we're thankful for the circle that we walked to be in this very place today. We'll spend the rest of forever making sure we never miss another moment. xo ❤
