While Snowbasin Mountain Resort does have some nearby lodging (within 15 minutes of the venue), we’ll be staying in Park City for the weekend, and we’d love for you to join us there! Park City has lots of family-friendly activities, great restaurants, and plenty of accommodation options. To make things easy, we’ll be providing transportation from Park City to the venue and back after the reception—so no need to worry about the drive. If you do decide to stay near Snowbasin, just keep in mind that ride shares like Uber and Lyft are limited in that area, and the roads to the venue are quite mountainous. For a smooth, fun, and stress-free weekend, we recommend staying in Park City and hopping on the party bus with us on the big day!

We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire—think suits, dresses, and your mountain-chic best. Our ceremony will be held outdoors at the top of Snowbasin Mountain, and while the views will be breathtaking, the air might be too (literally). It can get chilly up there, so please bring a jacket, gloves, or anything else that will keep you feeling comfortable. We’ll have cozy blankets on hand, and the outdoor ceremony patio is heated to help keep everyone comfortable. The reception will also be at the top of the mountain, but don’t worry—it’ll be indoors, warm, and full of dancing. Come dressed to celebrate, but also ready for a little mountain enchantment!

Yes! Once you arrive at Snowbasin, you’ll take a scenic 12-minute gondola ride up the mountain to Needles Lodge. The ceremony will take place on a heated outdoor patio with stunning views, and afterwards, we’ll head just inside for the reception—all in the same beautiful spot. No extra travel needed, just more time to celebrate together!

As much as we adore the little ones, we’ve made the decision to keep our wedding an adult-only celebration, with the exception of our immediate family.
