Our Wedding

Alex and Cory met through some mutual friends during a birthday night out. Loren and Ellie Baker thought they might get along, so they planned a set up. Loren picked up Alex at her parents’ place in Fairfield, then grabbed Cory from his apartment near the square. The two ended up hanging out most of the night—talking, joking around, and playing a few rounds of pool. By the end of it, they swapped numbers and said they'd hang out again soon. Three years later, Alex and Cory are living together in a small apartment in Ottumwa. Most nights still look a lot like that first one: talking, joking around, and just enjoying each other’s company. What started as a connection, turned into something even better—a solid relationship built on real friendship. If you ask either of them, they’ll say that above all else, they’re best friends. They’re excited to keep sharing that for the rest of their lives.
