The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Because wedding events will be outside we recommend avoiding thin heels or using a heel protector.

Basin Harbor staff will be available to shuttle guests between the ceremony, cocktail, and reception sites.

The wedding ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. We suggest arriving 30 minutes early to ensure time to park, travel to the ceremony site, and find your seat.

If you are coming from off property, there are small parking lots at the Homestead and Harbor Store near the ceremony site. Additional parking is located at the Main Lodge.

We ask for you to be mindful of our professional photographer and videographer during the ceremony and put away all devices so they have an unobstructed view.

We ask that you do not bring children to the wedding ceremony or reception. If you want to come for the whole weekend, Basin Harbor is a great place for a family vacation. There is a kid's camp from 9:30am-1:30pm each day for ages 3-12. Basin Harbor also offers babysitting services on an as-needed basis. If you plan on bringing your children we encourage you to reach out and schedule these services as early as possible! We would be happy to see your children at the welcome party and Saturday events.

Dogs are allowed at Basin Harbor in designated rooms. There is a dog beach on the lake just down the hill from the sunshine lawn. We ask that you not bring your dog to any wedding events.

We've made the decision to limit the guest list to our immediate circle. We kindly request that only those named on the invitation attend
