A block of rooms has been reserved for our wedding. When booking, identify yourself as guests of the Joyce & Deane Wedding.

CHECK-IN TIME/CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Front Desk Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure.

ROOM BLOCK:

There is no room block for the Embassy Suites, however, this is a great option due to the proximity to the wedding ceremony and the Saturday brunch.

CHECK-IN TIME/CHECK-OUT TIME: Embassy Suites is located in the Eastern Time Zone. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Guests may be checked-in earlier depending on occupancy levels and availability of ready rooms. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Any rooms vacated after 11:00 am will incur a one-half day late checkout charge. Rooms not vacated by 4:00 pm on the day of departure will incur a full night’s room and tax charge.

There is no room block for the Aloft, however, this is a great option due to the proximity to the Notre Dame campus and downtown South Bend.

However, please keep in mind that the bus services provided for our guests will not have a stop at the Aloft.
