*There is a dry lot( without water or hookups) across the road from the venue (water available at venue) * About 15 min away from the venue is a campground that has access to water and electric hookups for RV/campers. It is 15$/night to stay there. *We will be doing hotel blocks at the great northern hotel (best western) to get everyone a corporate discount on rooms!

There will be busses running from the hotel to the venue, (times are to be determined, check at a later date for time on when buses will start going to venue)

You will get a choice of meat(brisket sandwich or salmon) and choice of side(smoked corn or potato salad) along with Caesar salad :) and snicker salad, cupcakes and cake for dessert.

If you plan to bring horses I would bring panels and water, the dry lot could house horses if you bring those amenities otherwise there is no extra room for horses at the venue.
