Jason's sister Stephanie and I work together at Nationwide Children's Hospital. She trained me when I first started as a nurse in 2016, and two years later invited me to her wedding. Steph and her now-husband Danny had secret plans to set Jason and I up at the wedding. All throughout the night, their family and friends kept coming up to me- "What do you think about Steph's brother?!" " Omg isn't Steph's brother so cute?" I was so confused! Who would have thought by the end of the night we hit things off at the after-party bar and the rest was history? Steph and Danny- you are the ultimate matchmakers and we love you so much : )

Although it took an insta follow from me next, we soon went on our first date to Seventh Son. We spent the first year of dating back and forth from Athens (where Jason lived) to Columbus. We moved in to our first apartment together in March of 2021, got our angel baby Rory in March of 2022, and purchased our first home together in September of 2022. Throughout these five years we have traveled to 13 different states together & taken trips to the mountains, beach & everywhere between.

Jason proposed at our favorite park in Columbus, the Scioto Audubon, on April 1st, 2023 (I think everyone knows how Rory really tried to test Jason with this). It was the most magical day full of surprises, smiles and tears. We are thoroughly enjoying this engagement era and cannot wait to make our forever official with our favorite people next September <3
