You may drive and park at the venue. However, no cars can be left overnight so please plan accordingly. There will be a shuttle provided from the hotel to the venue and then back at the end of the night. There are no Ubers.

All of our invites were addressed to those that are invited. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend an invitation to any plus ones not addressed on the wedding invite.

We recommend the Running Aces Casino. This is where the wedding party will be staying! We recommend booking your hotel room sooner rather than later as the hotel does fill up. Please call in your reservation as you will get 15% off your room. There are also Airbnb and VRBOS in the area if you prefer!

Cocktail attire/Semi-formal . We ask that you wear attire such as a cocktail dress or dressy separates for women, dresses may be of any length. Tie optional suits or dress pants and a sport coat for men. We would kindly request that guests refrain from wearing green as this is the color the bridal party will be wearing.

Our hope is to have the ceremony and cocktail hour outside. Dinner and the reception will be held inside.

The ceremony will be at 4pm. The ceremony location is slightly off from the main area where you will park. We will have transportation to bring guests out to the ceremony. We recommend getting there 30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow plenty of time for our guests to make their way out to the ceremony spot and be seated before the ceremony begins.

One of the main reasons why we chose a Friday wedding was so that we can spend the weekend with all of you! We will be staying around the area that weekend to spend time with family and friends! Yes, Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony.

We have transportation arranged to bring our guests to Abella from running aces. The shuttle will load guests at 2:45 pm with a departure of 3:00 pm. We understand that Hotel check in is at 4pm so you may be unable to check in to the hotel before the shuttle departs. Please plan accordingly. The hotel is aware that people will be checking in late after the wedding. There will be shuttles back to Running Aces at the end of the night.

We have been having some issues with the hotel blocking off rooms to try to balance their weekend reservations. We have called multiple times to have rooms released. There are still rooms available and there is not a two night minimum. On Monday 6/10 the hotel said they would set aside hotel rooms available for quests. If you are still having this issue after this date, please reach out to us.
