Villa Tropical's Properties include: (1) Villa Tropical, (2) Villa Bajandas, (3) Villa Filisha, (4) Villa Quifiones & (5) Casa Soledad. These are ALL within walking distance of one another. I broke down the nightly rates for each of these places and they range from $40 - $93 per night, per person.
