Hi everyone we're so happy to have a hotel for our guests to stay at! We have important information to consider before booking. Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm. YOU HAVE UNTIL 8/14/2024 TO BOOK YOUR ROOM!!!

1. We are providing a bus to pick up guests from the hotel to drop off at our venue AND a ride back in the evening!

2. If you choose to only stay Saturday night we recommend calling the hotel ahead of time to see if your room is available earlier than 3:00 pm. If it is not we ask you come dressed and ready to get on the bus, our hotel understands that some of our guests wont be able to check in until later that night!

3. The bus is picking up guests from the hotel at 2:45 pm and leaving at 3:00 pm. We don't want anyone to feel rushed but this is the only way we could best accommodate our guests with our wedding timeline.

4. The bus is picking up guests from Oak Knolls Manor at 10:00 pm and leaving at 10:15 pm.

5. They do offer shuttle services to and from the Greater Rochester Airport. If you need this please contact the hotel to let them know in advance. They need to know at least 48 hours before arrival!
